Supporting your journey to well-being
Counselling can offer a supportive space to better understand yourself, what may be influencing how you feel, think, and relate to others.
It can help you develop greater emotional awareness, improve your ability to manage difficult feelings, and recognise patterns that may no longer serve you.
Through therapy, many people experience increased clarity, self-compassion, confidence in setting boundaries and making choices that feel more aligned with their values and well-being.
How I Can Help
Mental Health
I have extensive experience supporting people with anxiety, depression, emotional overwhelm, and ongoing mental health difficulties. I work gently and collaboratively, helping clients understand what may be contributing to how they feel, while supporting emotional regulation and a stronger sense of self. My aim is not to “fix” you, but to help you feel more resourced, stable, and understood.
Loss and Bereavement
I have worked closely with individuals and families experiencing loss, grief, and bereavement, including end-of-life support. I understand that grief does not follow a neat timeline and can affect people emotionally, physically, and relationally. I offer a steady, compassionate space where loss can be explored openly, without pressure to move on or make sense of it too quickly.
Family Work and Relationships
My background includes family work, relational difficulties, and mediation, supporting people through conflict, breakdown in communication, and strained relationships. I help clients explore patterns within their relationships, develop healthier boundaries, and find ways of relating that feel more respectful and aligned. This experience strongly informs my work with attachment and interpersonal dynamics in therapy.
